What I do

Most firms know AI matters. Few have turned that into capability they can trust — and almost none have done it in a way that survives a regulator, a client, or a head-office review.

That's the work. I make teams genuinely fluent in AI, role by role, and I build the governed systems that put it to work. Capability and compliance, together — so adoption is fast and defensible.

I'm hands-on. I write the code, automate the workflow, and design the training. The deliverable is working software and confident teams — not a  slide deck.
